At Bremed, we value our customers and therefore we have developed various systems to heighten customers' satisfaction to the greatest possible.
Our International Warranty Program provides a 24 months full warranty, absorbing labor and parts charges for manufacturing defects. We have also developed a Vigilance System to effect return and recall processes of non-conforming products.
Furthermore, Bremed also has in place a Customer Complaint Management System, within which customer complaints are duly noted and carefully investigated.
